Create Automations form with Name, Trigger, Enabled, Cancel, and Save controls.

Control

Description

Name

Names the automation. The field is required.

Trigger

Selects the platform event the automation listens for. The field is required.

Enabled

Sets whether the automation is active as soon as you save it.

Save

The control is unavailable on the empty form. It stays unavailable until Name and Trigger are both complete.

Triggers

The Trigger list covers platform events that an automation can listen for, including account and sign-in activity, basket and catalog changes, order progress through the ERP, employee account changes, synchronization outcomes, installed-application health, and system upgrades. The trigger set is fixed by the platform, so you choose from the offered list rather than defining new triggers here.

Notes

An automation saved with Enabled clear stays in the list and takes no action until you enable it.
