The Attributes screen lists the attributes configured for your shop. Reach it by expanding Catalog in the navigation and selecting Attributes.
Fields and controls
When no attributes have been created, the list displays No Attributes found.
Control | What it does or indicates |
Create | Opens the create form for a new attribute. |
The create form is headed Create Attributes.
Field or control | What it contains or does |
Name | This text field contains the internal identifier for the attribute. The field is required. |
Sync key | This text field contains the key used to synchronise the attribute with an external system. The field is optional. |
Translated display name (active language code) | The form includes a translation text field. It contains the attribute's display name in the active language. |
Show on product page | This checkbox is optional. When on, the attribute is displayed on product pages. |
Show on filter | This checkbox is optional. When on, the attribute is available as a filter option. |
Use as brand | This checkbox is optional. When on, the attribute is tied to the Brands feature. |
Save | On the empty form, Save is disabled. It saves the new attribute and remains disabled until you make a change. |
Notes
The Use as brand toggle associates the attribute with Brands. If you enable it, the attribute is linked to the Brands feature in your shop's catalog.
