The Collections screen lists the collections configured for your shop. Open Catalog > Collections to reach the screen.
Fields and controls
List screen
Control | What it does | Options or state |
ERP Name | Selects which field to search against. | This control is a combobox. |
Search | Filters the list to entries matching your search term. | This control is a text field. |
CREATE | Opens the create form for a new collection. | This action is available on the list screen. |
When no collections have been created, the list displays “No Collections found”.
Create form
The create form is headed Create Collections.
Field or control | What it does | State or dependency |
ERP Name | Identifies the collection name for the active language. | The field is read-only and is not marked required. |
Select Media | Opens Media Manager so you can choose an image for the collection. | The image must already exist in Media Manager before you can attach it here. |
Save | Saves the new collection. | The action is disabled on the empty form. |

Collection images are stored in Media Manager.
