Create a collection

Create Collections form with the read-only ERP Name field, Select Media action, and Save action.

Use the create form to attach an uploaded image to a collection whose name comes from the ERP.

Before you begin

  • If you want to attach an image, make sure it is already uploaded in Media Manager. If the image is not uploaded, upload media first.

Steps

  1. In the navigation, expand Catalog and select Collections.

  2. On the Collections screen, select Create. The create form opens.

  3. On the create form, check ERP Name. The ERP Name field is read-only. The collection name comes from the ERP, so you cannot enter or change it here.

  4. On the create form, select Select Media and choose an uploaded image from Media Manager.

  5. Complete the required fields. Save becomes available.

  6. On the create form, select Save.

Result

The collection appears in the list on the Collections screen.
