The Data mappings screen lists every data mapping configured for the client and is the starting point for creating, opening, and deleting mappings. Open it from Data Mappings in the ERP Manager navigation menu.
Fields and controls
Toolbar
Control | What it does |
Name field | Text field with the placeholder Search. Filters the list by mapping name. |
Create | Opens the form for creating a data mapping. |
Select all | Checkbox in the first column header of the table. Selects every row for a bulk action. Rows that cannot be acted on are disabled. |
Unselect | Clears the current row selection. A counter beside it reads 0 items selected when no rows are chosen. |
Delete | Deletes the selected mappings. |
List columns
Column | What it holds |
Name | The mapping's name. |
Erp Model | The ERP model the mapping reads from. |
Api Model | The platform model the mapping targets. |
Basic query | The query that supplies the data. Each value in this column is a link. |
User query | The optional refining query, when set. |
Last column (no heading) | Has no heading and holds a link in each row. |
Paging
Control | What it does |
Rows per page | Drop-down list below the table. Sets how many rows the list shows at once. |
Pagination | Provides previous-page and next-page buttons and numbered page buttons. Moves between pages of results. On the first page, the previous-page button is unavailable. |
Notes
Delete acts on the rows selected with the checkboxes. Review the selection before using it.
