The screen lists outbound surfaces that push mapped data to the client's ERP. Open Outbound Endpoints in ERP Manager.

List view
Control | Description |
Outbound mapping | The outbound mapping associated with the endpoint is shown in this column. |
Outbound function | This column identifies the ERP function that the endpoint invokes when triggered. |
Ready | This column indicates whether the endpoint is ready to push data. |

Outbound Function | This filter narrows the list to endpoints that use a specific outbound function. |
Ready | This filter narrows the list by readiness state. |
Control | Options / values |
Outbound Function | The options are sendOrder and sendShippingNotes. |
Ready | The options are All, Ready, and Not Ready. |
Action | Description |
Sync | This action synchronises the outbound endpoint configuration with the ERP. |
Create | This action opens the create form to add a new outbound endpoint. |
Delete | This action deletes the selected endpoints; select one or more rows before using it. |
Create and detail form
The form is used when creating a new endpoint and when editing an existing one. The detail form heading is Edit Outbound Endpoint.
Field | Description |
Outbound mapping | This field holds the outbound mapping to associate with the endpoint. Select a value from the dropdown. |
Outbound function | This field holds the ERP function that the endpoint invokes. Select a value from the dropdown. |
Ready | This toggle marks the endpoint as ready to push data. |
Action | Description |
Delete | This action permanently deletes the current endpoint record and is available only for existing records. |
Save | Save is disabled in the displayed detail-form state. |
