The Outbound Endpoints screen lists all outbound surfaces that push mapped data to the client's ERP. From this screen you can filter, sync, create, and delete outbound endpoints.
List view
The list includes a Select all checkbox, a selection checkbox on each row, and pagination with a rows-per-page selector.
Table columns
Column | Description |
Outbound mapping | The outbound mapping associated with this endpoint. Selecting the value navigates to the linked outbound mapping record. |
Outbound function | The ERP function that this endpoint invokes when triggered. |
Ready | Indicates whether the endpoint is ready to push data. |
Filters
Filter | Description |
Outbound Function | Narrows the list to endpoints that use a specific outbound function. |
Ready | Narrows the list by readiness state. |
Actions
Action | Description |
Sync | Synchronises the outbound endpoint configuration with the ERP. |
Create | Opens the create form to add a new outbound endpoint. |
Delete | Deletes the selected endpoints. Select one or more rows before using this action. |
Create and detail form
The form is used both when creating a new endpoint and when editing an existing one, which you open by selecting a row from the list. The detail form heading reads Edit Outbound Endpoint.

Form actions
Action | Description |
Back | Returns to the Outbound Endpoints list without saving. |
Delete | Permanently deletes the current endpoint record. Available on existing records only. |
Cancel | Discards unsaved changes and returns to the list. |
Save | Saves the endpoint record. Save is unavailable when an existing record first opens. |
