Create a data mapping

Use the Create Data Mapping form in ERP Manager to enter a mapping name and select a model and queries.

Use the Create Data Mapping form in ERP Manager to enter a mapping name and select a model and queries.

Steps

  1. In the ERP Manager navigation, open Data Mappings.

  2. On the Data Mappings screen, select Create. The Create Data Mapping form opens.

  3. In Name, enter a name for the mapping.

  4. Optional: In Api model, select a model.

  5. In Basic query, select a query.

  6. In User query, select a query. Basic query and User query are marked as required fields.

  7. Select Save.

Create Data Mapping form with query selectors and Save unavailable on the empty form.

If something goes wrong

  • On the empty create form, Save is unavailable.

  • If a mapping record shows Data mapping is locked due to it's used in API Endpoint, the mapping cannot be edited.
