Use a basic query in ERP Manager to retrieve ERP data for previews and synchronization. You define the query by naming it, selecting a client connection, and configuring the ERP entity through a stepped form.
Steps
In the side menu, select Basic queries.
On Basic queries, select Create. The Create Basic Query form opens.
In Basic Query Name, enter a name for the query.
From Select connection, choose a client connection.
From Select ERP Entity, choose the ERP entity to read from. On the new form, Select ERP Entity is unavailable.
Optional: Enable the REST API toggle.
Select Next.
On Selecting, choose a value in Select, then select Next. The Filtering step opens.
On Filtering, add filters under Creating Filters, or select Skip. Selecting Next opens the Ordering step.
On Ordering, set Order By, Order Mode, and Display only one, or select Skip. Selecting Next opens the Expanding step.
On Expanding, select Finish. Review & Save is also available on the Selecting, Filtering, Ordering, and Expanding steps.
If something goes wrong
If ERP Entity is required or Connection is required appears, complete Select connection and Select ERP Entity.
