Add an ERP connection from a client record so that ERP Manager can communicate with that client's ERP system.

Before you begin

  • Open the client record you want to configure.

  • Confirm that the client already exists in ERP Manager.

Steps

  1. In the side menu, select Client settings.

  2. Select the Connection tab. Use the connection list to review the existing connection columns ERP, COMPANY, BASE URL, and STATUS.

  3. Select + Create. The Create form opens for a new connection.

  4. In the create form, enter the connection details in ERP, Company, Base URL, and Auth Endpoint. For ERP, choose one of Priority, SAP Business One, H-ERP, Digitrade, Digitrade MSSQL, or Dynamics. For Connection Type, choose Standard or Digitrade MSSQL. On the empty form, SAVE is unavailable. Complete the required fields so that SAVE becomes available.

  5. In the create form, select SAVE.

Result

The connection is listed under the Connection tab with its ERP, Company, Base URL, and Status values visible. A Status of Connected confirms that the connection is active.

If something goes wrong

  • If the connection does not reach Connected status, verify that Base URL points to the correct API endpoint for the ERP system.

  • Also confirm that the ERP system is reachable from the DigiTrade platform.
