The Media Manager screen is the central image library for your shop; reach it by expanding Catalog and selecting Media Manager.
Upload controls
Control | What it does |
Choose File | This control opens a file-picker dialog for selecting an image from your device. You can also drag and drop images onto the upload area. |
Upload | This control uploads the selected file. The control is disabled until a file is chosen. |
Clear All | This control clears the pending upload selection. The control is disabled until a file is chosen. |
Clear Images | This control clears staged images from the upload area. |
Media library
The list shows all images in your media library.
Column | What it shows |
Image | This column shows a thumbnail preview of the media item. |
Name | This column displays a system-assigned numeric identifier, not the original filename of the uploaded image. |
Control | What it does |
Select this row | Use the row checkboxes to select one or more media items. |
Rows per page | This control sets the number of visible rows. The options are 5, 10, 25, and 50, with 10 as the default. |
Go to next page | Use the pagination controls to move between pages. The pagination controls support navigation across many pages when the media library is large. |
Actions
Control | What it does |
Delete | This control deletes the selected media items. Select one or more rows using the row checkboxes before selecting Delete. |
Notes
Images stored in the library are used by other catalog features. Collections reference images from this library.
