The Media Manager screen has an upload area above a paginated table of images. The screen serves as the central image library for your shop. Other catalog features, such as Collections, reference the images uploaded here. Open it from Catalog > Media Manager in the navigation.
Upload controls
Control | What it does |
Choose File | Opens a file picker so you can select an image from your device. The upload area also carries the text "Drop some pictures to upload, or click to select one." |
Upload | Uploads the selected file. It is disabled when the screen first loads. |
Clear All | Clears the pending upload selection. It is disabled when the screen first loads. |
Clear Images | Clears staged images from the upload area. It is enabled when the screen first loads. |
Unselect | Sits next to a selection counter that reads "0 items selected" when no row is chosen. |
Delete | Deletes the selected media items. Select one or more rows with the row checkboxes before using it. |
List controls
Control | What it does |
Select all | Checkbox in the table header row, alongside a checkbox on each image row. |
Image | Shows a thumbnail preview of the media item. The column header is a sort button. |
Name | Shows the numeric identifier assigned to the media item, not the original filename. The column header is a sort button. |
Rows per page | Selector below the table. It sets how many rows the list shows on each page. The options are 5, 10, 25, 50. |
Pagination | Moves between pages of images. It has previous-page and next-page buttons, and the previous-page button is disabled on page 1. |

The library can span many pages.
Images stored here are used by other catalog features.
