Use the Products screen to find parent products and work with their visibility and status. Parent products can have child products associated with them. The screen combines a search box, Status ERP and Visibility filters, a Categories panel, and a product table.
Search and filters
Control | What it does |
Search for products | Text box that takes the search term. It filters the list by the selected field. |
Search field selector | Unlabeled selector next to the search box. It chooses which product field the search applies to. |
Status ERP | Selector. It filters the list by product status in your ERP. |
Visibility | Selector. It filters the list by product visibility in the storefront. |
Categories | Sidebar panel that lists product categories. Selecting a category narrows the list. |
Actions
Control | What it does |
Create parent product | Link in the screen heading. It opens the create flow for a new parent product. |
Delete | Button that sits beside an items-selected counter. It removes the products selected with the row checkboxes. |

Product table
Column | What it shows |
Image | A thumbnail of the product image. The column header is a sort control. |
SKU | The product's stock-keeping unit identifier. |
Title | The product's name. |
Translation | The product's display name in the active language. |
Barcode | The product's barcode. |
Status | The product's status. |
Notes
The table has Rows per page and page navigation controls. The list is paged with the pagination control at the page size you set.
The table header has a Select all checkbox. Use the row checkboxes to select products, and use the select-all checkbox to select every product on the current page.
