The Admin Panel opens on Dashboard and provides separate screens for administrative accounts, sales agents, and catalog reference data. Use the dashboard for operational context, then open the relevant list screen for record-level work.

How the Admin Panel is bounded

The Admin Panel provides a control surface, but it does not grant authority beyond your role or replace required approval. Its scope includes administrative workspaces, privileged navigation, change-set presentation, approval and release requests, operational views, and administration evidence. Identity truth, approval policy, configuration authority, runtime execution, source-system records, and undelegated emergency powers remain outside its ownership. Authoring, approval, and publishing permissions remain separate and policy-controlled.

Dashboard context

The dashboard includes Total Shop Stats, Order Insights, Sales Insights, Recent Activities, Top 10 Customers, and Bestsellers. Use Order Insights to view order information through Day, Week, Month, or Year views. Use the customer and bestseller sections with Month, Year, or All Time views. The Recent Activities area provides activity details and a Show action for an activity record.

Administrative and catalog records

Open Admins for staff records and Agents for sales-agent records. The catalog list screens keep different record types separate. The catalog area provides separate screens for Brands, Currencies, and Labels. Open the dedicated task or reference article before changing a record because each record type has its own fields and purpose.

Choosing the next article

Choose the screen that matches the record type you need to review or change.
