Open Dashboard in the Admin Panel. The Dashboard is the Admin Panel's landing screen. It provides a read-only overview of shop sales, orders, recent activity, top customers, and bestselling products. No data can be edited here.
Total shop stats
The Total Shop Stats bar is at the top of the page.
Metric | What it shows |
Total Sales | Cumulative sales revenue across all orders. |
Total Orders | Total number of orders placed. |
Order insights
Order Insights provides aggregated order metrics for a selected time window.
Control or metric | What it does or shows |
Day, Week, Month, Year | This control sets the time window for all Order Insights metrics. |
Total Sales | Revenue for the selected period. |
Total Orders | Number of orders in the selected period. |
Avg Items per Order | Average number of line items per order. |
Avg Order Total | Average order value. |
Customer Retention | Breakdown of new and returning customers as a percentage. |
Orders by Status | Breakdown of orders by status as a percentage. |
Sales insights
Sales Insights provides sales trend charts for the selected period.
Control or chart | What it does or shows |
Month, Year | This control sets the period for both Sales Insights charts. |
Monthly Sales | A line or bar chart of daily sales totals across the selected month or year. |
Sales by Category | A chart showing revenue broken down by product category. |
Recent activities
Recent Activities contains a table of the most recent orders across the shop.
Column | What it shows |
Name | The customer or company name on the order. |
Sync key | The ERP sync identifier for the customer. |
The email address associated with the order. | |
Created at | The date and time the order was created. This column can be sorted. |
Total | The order total. |
Status | The current order status. |
Show | A link that opens the full order record. |
Top 10 customers
Top 10 Customers presents a ranked list of the highest-spending customers for the selected period. The section shows a no-customers-found message when no orders exist for the selected period.

Bestsellers
Bestsellers presents a ranked list of the top-selling products for the selected period. The section shows a no-products-found message when no sales data exists for the selected period.
