The Dashboard screen is available from the Admin Panel menu. The page has the sections Total Shop Stats, Order Insights, Sales Insights, Recent Activities, Top 10 Customers and Bestsellers.
Total shop stats
Total Shop Stats is the first section below the Dashboard heading.
Metric | What it shows |
Total Sales | Sales total. |
Total Orders | The total number of orders. |
Order insights
Control | What it does |
Day / Week / Month / Year | Day is selected when the screen opens. |
Metric | What it shows |
Total Sales | Sales total in Order Insights. |
Total Orders | Order count in Order Insights. |
Avg Items per Order | Average items per order. |
Avg Order Total | The average order value. |
Customer Retention | Percentages for new and returning customers. The breakdown is labeled New Customers and Returning Customers. |
Orders by Status | Percentages labeled Successful and Declined. |
Sales insights
This section contains the Monthly Sales and Sales by Category charts.

Month / Year | Month is selected when the screen opens. |
Chart | What it shows |
Monthly Sales | Sales chart with day numbers on the horizontal axis and currency amounts on the vertical axis. |
Sales by Category | Sales chart with currency amounts on the vertical axis. |
Recent activities
This section contains the recent activity table.
Column | What it shows |
Name | The name associated with the activity. |
Sync key | The activity's sync key. |
The email address associated with the activity. | |
Created At | The activity's creation date and time. This column header has a sort control. |
Total | The activity's total amount. |
Status | The activity's status. |
