The Logs screen displays activity logs for your shop. Open it by selecting Logs in the navigation.
Screen areas
Area | What it provides |
Sync | The Sync tab shows logs for sync tasks. |
Errors | The Errors tab shows error logs from shop operations. |
Empty Sync state | The empty state displays the text “No Sync task logs yet.”. |
Fields and controls
Control | What it does | Options / default |
Date | This filter limits error logs by date. | Enter the date in DD/MM/YYYY format. |
Type | This filter limits error logs by error type. | Its options are populated dynamically from errors in your logs. |
Rows per page | This control changes the number of log rows displayed on each page. | The available values are 5, 10, 25, or 50. The default is 10 rows per page. |
Errors table
Column | What it shows | Sorting |
Type | This column shows the category or type of error. | No sort control is shown for this column. |
Date | This column shows the date and time the error occurred. | No sort control is shown for this column. |
Message | This column shows the error message and details. | A sort control is shown for this column. |
Notes
The Logs screen is read-only. You cannot create, edit, or delete logs from this screen.
