Open the Logs screen by selecting Logs in the navigation. The screen has two tabs, Sync and Errors. It gathers sync task logs and error logs in one place.
Tabs
Tab | What it holds |
Sync | Lists logs from sync tasks. When there are none, the tab displays "No Sync task logs yet." |
Errors | Lists error logs, which you can filter by type and date. Selecting Errors opens this tab. |

Control | What it does |
Date | A date field with day, month, and year parts and a Choose date button. Filters the error logs by date. |
Type | Filters the error logs by error type. |
Rows per page | A selector for the number of error rows per page. |
Errors table columns
Column | What it shows |
Type | The error type. |
Date | The date and time the error occurred. The value reflects when the error was logged, not the time you open the page. |
Message | The error message and its details. The column header is a sort control. |
