Use DigiTrade Hub to work with client records, implementer records, application workspaces, and billing information in separate areas.
Work with client and implementer records
The Clients area contains a client list, a create page, and individual client records. Use a client record for client details, automation setup, and the client's admin-panel user. The Implementers area has separate list and detail pages. An implementer record places client and tool selections alongside Full Name and Change password. Client identity details and automation settings belong to the client record, while client and tool selections appear on the implementer record.
Set up a client
A client record is divided into General Info, Setting Up Automation, and Admin Panel User. General Info groups the client's English name, VAT number, domain, phone number, and email. Setting Up Automation contains Terraform installation guidance and fields for Billing account and GCP Account Email. Its navigation presents Install Terraform, Install the Google Cloud SDK, Configure Instance, and Initialize as numbered stages. Before using the Terraform stage, open the Terraform installation documentation. Admin Panel User groups Name, Email, Password, and Roles, and the available role option is Admin.
Choose an application workspace
The Tools page provides Open app links to DigiTrade application workspaces. Choose Admin Panel for administrative workspaces and operational views. Administrative controls do not extend the operator's permissions or replace required approvals. Choose Site Builder and Theme Manager for site and page composition, component placement, and theme packages. Site Builder governs presentation and composition, not business meaning, permissions, or external completion. Choose Erp Manager for integration connections, mappings, schedules, validation information, and reconciliation views. ERP Manager governs integration configuration and runtime evidence without becoming the ERP or treating connectivity as business completion. Choose Localization for locale configuration, translation content, presentation policies, coverage checks, and localized previews. Localization governs presentation resources and locale configuration, not tax calculations, exchange rates, financial amounts, legal interpretation, or commercial policy. The App Store entry is a catalog of installable mini-apps for your store. The Localhost entry is marked Only for developers.

Billing info is a separate Hub page.
