Choose a DigiTrade tool by the job in front of you: opening an application, configuring an integration, preparing language resources, shaping how the storefront looks, or doing administrative work.

The Hub menu includes Tools and Clients as separate screens. The Tools screen lists each application with an Open app link. The listed applications are Website, Admin Panel, Site Builder, Erp Manager, Localization, Theme Manager, Localhost, App Store, Platform Registry, and Launchpad. Localhost is marked as only for developers. App Store is described as a catalog of installable mini-apps for your store. Platform Registry is described as a catalog of platform capabilities: data sources, events and contracts.

Go to the separate client list when your work concerns clients rather than choosing an application to open. See the Clients screen reference for screen details.

Use ERP Manager when you set up or review an integration: its connections, mappings, and schedules, the validation results, and the reconciliation views. See the Data mappings screen reference for screen details. ERP Manager configures integrations and presents their runtime status, but it is not the ERP and does not own ERP records or business outcomes. Treat connection health and confirmed business reconciliation as separate concerns.

Use Localization when you decide which locales the store supports, work on translations before release, and check that translations are complete and read well in a preview. See the Client constant keys screen reference for screen details. Localization is where you manage which locales apply and the language resources that determine how content is presented. It is not the place to decide which tax applies, which exchange rate is used, what amounts are charged, or what your legal and commercial obligations are.

Use the presentation tools when you decide what your storefront pages contain and how they look: which pages exist, where components sit, the visual theme, and how pages preview and meet accessibility needs. The Hub lists Site Builder and Theme Manager as separate applications. See the Client pages screen reference for page controls. See the Palette screen reference for color fields. The presentation tools control what pages are made of and how they look. Setting them up does not add business rules or user permissions, change how integrations behave, or switch anything on in production.

Use Admin Panel when you need to carry out administrative tasks, look at operational data, or submit requests that need approval or release. The Admin Panel menu includes Shop configurations, Catalog, Customers, Orders, and Sync.

See the Shop configurations screen reference for settings and tabs. On the Synchronization tab, an ERP or System choice applies to each of Categories, Currencies, Packages, Users, and Customer Roles. The Synchronization tab states that switching to ERP mode loses all settings made through the system.

Being able to open Admin Panel does not widen what your role allows, and it does not stand in for an approval that a process requires. Its controls sit on top of other systems: the systems that manage sign-in identity, source data, configuration decisions, and running processes stay in charge of them.
