Open Shop configurations in the navigation menu to reach the Shop configuration page. The page groups shop-wide settings across eighteen tabs.
Tabs
The tabs, in order, are Synchronization, Account, Catalog, Product Variants, Order, Shipping, Pricing, Promotions, Stock, Legacy Records, Logging, Usual Cart, Cart: Scanning And Upload, Cloudflare, Recommendations, Notifications, Storefront Forms and Document Lists.
Synchronization tab controls
The Synchronization tab is the tab selected when the page opens. It contains five radio groups, and each offers the options ERP and System.
Control | What it sets |
Categories | Chooses whether category records are managed through the system or fully through ERP. In System mode, the first synchronization can be run by enabling the sync-once setting in ERP Manager. In ERP mode, data comes from ERP, and switching to ERP discards all settings made through the system. |
Currencies | Chooses ERP or System for currencies. |
Packages | Chooses ERP or System for packages. |
Users | Chooses ERP or System for users. |
Customer Roles | Sets the source of truth for customer-user ORDERS/FINANCE roles. With ERP, the roles are overwritten by the Phonebook sync; System is described as manual management through a future admin UI. |
Notes
The Cancel and Save buttons sit in the toolbar.
Save is unavailable when the page opens.
