Switch sync mode

The Synchronization tab in Shop configurations controls, per data type, whether records are managed by the system or pulled from ERP.

Use the Synchronization tab in Shop configurations to choose between ERP and System for the synchronization setting.

Before you begin

  • If you use System mode, before the first synchronization set the appropriate setting in ERP Manager to sync once.

  • Before switching to ERP mode, note that all settings made through System mode are lost.

Steps

  1. Open Shop configurations.

  2. In Shop configurations, select Synchronization.

  3. In Categories, select ERP or System for the mode you want to use.

  4. In Currencies, select ERP or System for the mode you want to use.

  5. In Packages, select ERP or System for the mode you want to use.

  6. In Users, select ERP or System for the mode you want to use.

  7. In Customer Roles, select ERP or System for the mode you want to use.

  8. Select Save.
