Logging
Long-term storage of logs affects system memory.
Control | Description |
Clear task logs after in days | This control sets the number of days after which task logs are cleared. |
Usual cart
The Usual Cart tab configures the customer-facing feature that lists products previously bought by the logged-in customer.
Control | Description | Options or values |
Data fetch mode | This setting selects how the usual-cart feature fetches SKUs. | The options are Live and Static. |
Lookback window (days) | This setting specifies how far back to look in customer invoices when computing usual SKUs. | The control accepts a number of days. |
Cloudflare
The Cloudflare tab contains edge and CDN cache-purge settings for the client's storefront. Values entered on this tab are not exposed to the storefront.
Control | Description |
Cloudflare Zone ID | The Cloudflare zone ID for the client's storefront zone is required for edge purge, and leaving it empty disables purge. |
Cloudflare Purge Token | This field holds a Cloudflare API token restricted to cache purge and stored encrypted at rest; leaving it empty disables purge. |
CDN warm-up paths | This field holds comma-separated origin paths warmed by an internal request before a purge to avoid a cold-render storm. |
GCP CDN url-map | This field holds the GCP global load balancer url-map whose CDN is invalidated before the Cloudflare purge; leaving it empty disables GCP CDN invalidation. |
Recommendations
The Recommendations tab configures per-customer tracking for recently viewed products and the dynamic-slider feed that presents them.
Control | Description | Options or values |
Enable recently viewed | This setting gates both recently-viewed tracking and the feed endpoint. | The options are Yes and No. |
Track product-page views | This setting counts product-page views toward recently viewed products. | The options are Yes and No. |
Track add-to-cart | This setting counts a server-side add-to-cart toward recently viewed products even when the product page was not opened. | The options are Yes and No. |
Retention / look-back (days) | This field holds the look-back window applied to the recently-viewed feed when it is queried. | The control accepts a number of days. |
Max items returned | This field holds the maximum number of products returned by the recently-viewed feed. | The control accepts a number of products. |
Notifications
The Notifications tab specifies where operational alerts go. Sync and system events concern the operator rather than a customer and include failed sync tasks, finished sync runs, triggered upgrades, and changes in installed apps. Leaving both notification settings empty is valid, and rules bound to those events are skipped.
Control | Description |
Operations alert e-mail | The address receives e-mail notification rules bound to sync and system events. |
Operations alert phone | The number receives SMS notification rules bound to sync and system events. |
Saving settings
Settings on every Shop configuration tab are saved together when you select Save at the bottom of the page. Selecting Cancel discards unsaved changes. On the initial form, Save is disabled.
