The Properties screen lists the properties configured for your shop. Open it by expanding Catalog in the navigation and selecting Properties.
List screen
Control | What it does |
Create | Opens the create form for a new property. |
Search type | Selects which field the search box filters by. |
Search | Filters the property list by the selected search type. |
Row checkboxes | Select one or more properties. |
Select all | Selects or deselects all properties from the header checkbox. |
Items selected count | Shows the number of selected properties. |
Delete | Deletes the selected properties. |
Rows per page | Sets the number of properties shown per page. |
Column | What it shows |
Property Name | Internal ERP key for the property. The column header has a sort control. |
Translations | Human-readable display name. |

Field | What it holds |
Property Name | Internal ERP key for the property. The field is required. |
Translation field | Display name shown in the active language. |
Toolbar
Control | What it does |
Save | Saves changes to the property. It is unavailable when you first open a record. |
Cancel | Discards changes and returns to the list. |
Delete | Deletes the property. |
Notes
The display name field sits under Translations and is labelled with a language code, such as en.
