Implementer record screen

The implementer record screen is where you create a new implementer account or edit an existing one.

An implementer record holds one implementer's account details and the clients and tools they may work on. Open Implementers in the Hub, then select a row to open that implementer's record.

What it does

NAME

Lists the implementer's full name.

EMAIL

Lists the address the implementer signs in with.

Rows per page

Sets how many implementers the list shows at once.

Add Implementer

Starts a new implementer record.

Record forms

The create form and the existing-record form hold the same details, with two differences noted below.

Control

What it does

Full Name

The implementer's name appears in the list.

Email

The address the implementer signs in with. On an existing record, Email is disabled.

Password

Sets the sign-in password on a new record. On an existing record, this control is labelled Change password.

Clients

Lists the clients this implementer may work on. The list holds the clients your organization has created, so it differs between installations.

Tools

Lists the tools this implementer may open.

Save

Saves the record. It stays disabled until the form holds a change.

Delete

Removes an existing implementer record. It appears only on an existing record.

Rows per page

The available values are 5, 10, 25, and 50.

Tools

The available values are Site Builder, Erp Manager, Localization, Theme Manager, Localhost, App Store, and Platform Registry.

Notes

  • Create a new record if an implementer needs a different sign-in address.

  • Back and Cancel leave the form without saving.
