Create a menu

A menu is a named navigation structure that holds one or more menu groups.

Use the create form on the Menus screen to define a menu's system property and translation.

Steps

Menus create form with Name, Translation, Cancel, and Save controls.

  1. On the Menus screen, select Add Menu.

  2. On the create form, enter a value in Name. Use the field for a system property. Use CamelCase, such as fooBar.

  3. In Translation, choose one of SHOP_MENU_LABEL_HIDDEN, SHOP_MENU_LABEL_PROFILE, SHOP_MENU_LABEL_HORIZONTAL, or SHOP_MENU_LABEL_USEFUL_INFORMATION.

  4. Select Save.

Result

After the form fields are completed, Save becomes available.
