The customer record opens when you select a customer from the Customers list.

The customer record opens when you select a customer from the Customers list. The record has General Info, Sales Info, Customer Permissions, Customer Users, and Shipping Addresses tabs.

General Info

Control

Description

Company name

This read-only field contains the customer's registered company name.

Sync Key

This read-only field contains the ERP sync key for the customer.

Address

This read-only field contains the customer's address.

Status

This read-only field contains the customer's current status.

Phone number

This field contains the customer's phone number.

Email

This field contains the customer's email address.

Agent

This editable dropdown assigns an agent to the customer. Search for agents by name.

Currency

This editable dropdown sets the currency for the customer.

Save

Save is disabled in the initial state. The control saves changes to the customer record on the General Info tab after a change.

Credit Limit

This read-only field contains the credit limit assigned to the customer.

Payment amout

This read-only field contains the payment amount on record for the customer.

Available amount

This read-only field contains the amount available to the customer.

Customer Permissions

The Customer Permissions tab contains the Permissions Access area.

Customer Users

Control or column

Description

Name

This free-text search filters the list by customer user name.

Email

This free-text search filters the list by customer user email address.

Phone

This free-text search filters the list by customer user phone number.

ADD CUSTOMER USERS

This control opens a form to add a new user to the customer.

Rows per page

This control sets how many rows appear per page. The available options are 5, 10, 25, and 50.

Customer

This column identifies the customer company linked to the user and links to the customer record.

Name

This column shows the customer user's name.

Profession

This column shows the customer user's profession.

Email

This column shows the customer user's email address.

Phone number

This column shows the customer user's phone number.

Roles

This column shows the roles assigned to the customer user.

Status

This column shows the customer user's status.

Edit

Each row has an Edit control that opens the customer user's record.
