Create a sorting source

A sorting source lets you define how products are sorted by a specific product property and direction.

Use the Sorting sources create form to enter a required name and optional sorting values.

Steps

  1. Open Sorting sources.

  2. On the Sorting sources screen, select CREATE. The create form opens.

  3. In the required Name field, enter a value.

  4. Optional: In Product property, select a value. For the Product property choice, use sku, title, barcode, brand, or stock.

  5. Optional: In Label, select a value.

  6. Optional: In Sorting Direction, select a value. For Sorting Direction, use ASC or DESC.

  7. Select Save.

Sorting sources create form with fields for a name, product property, label, and sorting direction.

Result

After the required fields are completed, Save becomes available.
