Open Providers in the navigation menu to see the list of notification providers. The list offers Capability and Enabled select fields, a CREATE action and a Refresh capabilities button. A provider connects one capability to the installed application that answers it for your shop.

Create form
The form is titled Create Providers.
Field | What it holds |
Name | Required text field. |
Capability | Required select field. A capability appears here only after your shop has pulled it from the platform catalog. |
App | Required select field that is unavailable until you choose a capability, with the hint Pick a capability first. A provider pairs the chosen capability with the application that answers it. Once a capability is chosen, the application list is narrowed to the applications that implement it. |
Enabled | Switch. |
Save | Unavailable on the empty form. It becomes available after you change field values. |
Notes
An automation's step list offers one entry for each provider that is switched on.
Installing an application does not by itself make it available as a provider; a capability must also name that application as an implementer.
