Use the notification provider create form to enter a provider name, select an app, and set its enabled state.
Steps
In the navigation, expand Notifications and select Providers.
Select Create.
In the create form, enter the provider name in Name.
In Capability, select a capability.
After selecting a capability, select an app in App.
On the create form, Enabled is selected. Change Enabled as needed.
After the required fields are completed, Save becomes available. Select Save.
Result
The notification provider appears in the provider list.
