The Pricing tab in Shop configurations controls how prices are calculated, rounded, formatted, fetched, and displayed across the storefront.
Steps
In the navigation, select Shop configurations. The Shop configuration page opens.
Select the Pricing tab. The Pricing tab opens.
Under Discount mode, select ERP, System, or Both. Use ERP for ERP-sourced discounts, System for system-managed discounts, or Both to combine them.
Under Price rounding, select Up or Down. Choose the direction for rounding decimal price values.
Under Price locale, select a locale. Choose the locale that determines number formatting for prices, including decimal and thousands separators.
Under Decimal Precision, select 1, 2, or 3. Choose how many digits appear after the decimal point.
Under Pricing fetch strategy, select Single item or Batch (collection). Use Single item to request pricing one item at a time, or Batch (collection) to request pricing in batches. This setting affects storefront performance and which pricing endpoints the frontend calls.
Select Yes or No for the setting that controls whether the storefront displays a previous or original price alongside the active price. The setting provides Yes and No choices.
Under Price history anchor source, select Base price or Price list price. Choose the price source treated as the original anchor for the strikethrough price. This setting affects the storefront only when the previous-price setting is set to Yes.
Make at least one change before selecting Save. Select Save. To discard all unsaved changes across all tabs, select Cancel.
Result
Your pricing settings take effect across the storefront. Discounts, rounding, number formatting, decimal precision, fetch behavior, and strikethrough pricing reflect the values you saved.
