Use the Account tab in Shop configurations to set customer matching, authentication, guest access, and date display behavior.
Steps
In the navigation, select Shop configurations. The Shop configuration page opens.
Select the Account tab. The Account tab opens.
Under Account activation, select the matching rule used to identify a customer against ERP data. Choose By sync key, By sync key and email, or By sync key and phone.
Under Account activation two-factor authentication, select Yes to require a one-time code when activating an ERP customer user, or select No to skip that confirmation.
Under Individual product list, select Yes to limit product visibility to a customer-specific list, or select No to show the full catalog to everyone.
Under Show products to guests, select Yes to let unauthenticated users browse product cards and pages, or select No to require login before browsing.
Under Customer two-factor authentication, select Yes to require email-based two-factor authentication after login, or select No to allow direct access after login.
Under Customer login methods, configure the available login-method set with E-mail + password, userName + SMS code (passwordless), or both. For username comparison, select Case-insensitive or Case-sensitive.
In OTP code lifetime (seconds), enter the number of seconds a one-time code remains valid. The default is 180. This value applies to both account-activation and login two-factor authentication.
Under Show base price to guests, select Yes to display pricing to unauthenticated users, or select No to hide price data until login.
Under Date format, select the format used to display dates across orders, documents, and shipping information. Choose DD/MM/YYYY, MM/DD/YYYY, YYYY-MM-DD, DD.MM.YYYY, MM.DD.YYYY, or YYYY/MM/DD.
Select Save after making your changes. On the starting form, Save is disabled. To discard all unsaved changes across all tabs, select Cancel.
Result
Your account and access settings take effect. Customer account matching uses the selected activation rule. Two-factor authentication, guest browsing, guest pricing visibility, and the date display format reflect the values you saved. A change to OTP code lifetime (seconds) affects both login and account-activation two-factor authentication flows.
