Create a promotion

Use the create form on the Promotions screen to choose a promotion model and select a promotion type.

Use the create form on the Promotions screen to choose a promotion model and select a promotion type. For shops using the V1 promotions engine, the form warns that saved V2 promotions reach shoppers only after switching to V2.

Steps

  1. In the menu, open Promotions.

  2. On the Promotions screen, select CREATE. The Promotions — create page opens.

  3. On the Promotions — create page, select Promotion (v2) or Classic (v1) in Promotion model.

  4. Select a value in Type. The field is required.

  5. Select Save. On the empty form, Save is unavailable.
