Use the create form to enter query details, choose a client connection, configure JSON decoding, and add parameters.

Use the create form to enter query details, choose a client connection, configure JSON decoding, and add parameters.

Steps

  1. On the Service layer queries screen, select Create. The create form opens.

  2. Enter a Name and a Description. Both fields are required.

  3. In Client connection, select a connection. This field is required.

  4. Optional: Set Decode json as needed.

  5. Optional: To include a parameter, select + Add parameter. The form then lists Parameter Name and Value controls, which you complete.

  6. On the empty form, Save is unavailable. Save becomes available after you change the field values. Select Save.
