Attach existing catalog properties to a product from its Parent properties tab.
Before you begin
The properties you want to attach must already exist in the catalog.
Steps
Open Catalog > Products.
In the products table, select the product you want to edit.
Select the Parent properties tab. The Parent properties tab opens.
In the Properties section, select ADD PROPERTIES. A form opens.
In Property, select the property to attach. On the empty form, Save is unavailable. Save becomes available after you change a field value.
Optional: Set the Buttons switch under Selection type.
Select Save.
Result
The property appears in the Properties section. For a product with no parent properties, the Properties section shows No Parent product properties found.
