Understanding order management

The Orders section of the Admin Panel gives you a read-only view of the orders that customers have placed through the storefront.

How orders enter the Admin Panel

Orders originate in the storefront when a customer completes checkout. The Admin Panel receives orders rather than creating them. Each order carries a DigiTrade order status and an ERP status, which can represent different points in its progress.

How to read the orders list

The Orders screen presents orders in a paginated list with search, status, ERP status, creation-date, selection, deletion, and page-size controls. The list combines order identity, timing, total, customer, ERP document, and both status values so you can compare the order's progress across systems. Use the order search to find a specific order and the date controls to narrow the list by when the order was created.

  • The Status filter offers All, Pending, Declined, Waiting for approval, and Complete.

  • The Erp status filter offers All, Pending, Complete, Failure, and Sent.

  • The list provides Start Date and End Date controls for the order creation-date range.

The two status values can differ for the same order. For example, an order can be Complete in DigiTrade while Pending in the ERP. This combination means storefront processing is complete while ERP confirmation remains pending.

What the order detail view represents

Selecting an order row opens a detail view for examining that order's contents. The detail view brings together order identity and status, customer and delivery information, line items, and an order summary for review. The line-item view supports focused review through the Search SKU field. The detail view can present different action sets: one displayed record has Back, while another has ADD PRODUCT, RESTORE, DECLINE, CONFIRM, and an item-edit control. Use Back to return from the detail view to the orders list.

Review and workflow boundaries

The Orders area supports searching and filtering orders, opening an order for inspection, and selecting list rows for deletion. Approval, decline, and editing actions are not part of every displayed order view, so inspect the available actions for the record you opened.
