Before you begin
To add parent properties, the properties you want to attach must already exist in the catalog. See Create a property.
To link child products, the products you want to link must already exist in the catalog. See Create a product.
Add parent properties
In the navigation, expand Catalog and select Products.
Select the product you want to edit.
Select the Parent properties tab.
In the Properties section, select Add properties.
Choose the property to attach from the selection that appears.
Optionally select Reorder to change the display order of the attached properties.
Result
The property appears in the Properties section. If no properties have been added yet, the section shows "No Parent product properties found."
Link child products
In the navigation, expand Catalog and select Products.
Select the product you want to edit.
Select the Children Products tab.
In the Add More Child Products dropdown, select an existing product to link as a child.
Select Open to open the selected product, or repeat the previous step to link additional children.
To filter the child list by SKU, enter a value in the Sku field (hint: "Search Child Products by SKU").
To clear active filters, select Clear filters.
Optionally select Reorder to change the display order of child products.
Result
The linked product appears as a child of this product. If no children have been linked, or if no children match the current filter, the list shows "No Products found using the current filters."
