Open a page in the visual editor to adjust its layout and preview it at different viewport sizes.
This article covers opening the editor and using its toolbar; arranging, moving, or configuring content blocks happens on the canvas and is not detailed here.
Before you begin
Make sure the page already exists before you begin.
Steps
In the left navigation, select Client pages.
Select the page that you want to edit. The page record opens on the Details tab.
Select the Page Editor tab. The visual editor toolbar appears above the canvas.
Select Toggle left sidebar. Use this control to show or hide the left panel.
Select Toggle right sidebar. Use this control to show or hide the right panel.
Select Switch to SM viewport or Switch to MD viewport. Use these viewport controls to preview how the page renders at a smaller breakpoint. Select Switch to XL viewport. Use the XL viewport to return to the full-width view.
Select Zoom viewport out or Zoom viewport in. Use Zoom viewport out to zoom the canvas out. Use Zoom viewport in to zoom the canvas in.
Select undo or redo. Use undo to reverse a change. Use redo to reapply a reversed change.
Make your layout changes on the canvas.
Select Sync. Selecting Sync sends the current build to the storefront publication workflow.
Result
The page reflects your layout changes in the editor. The current build is submitted to the storefront publication workflow after you select Sync.
