Use the notification log to filter notification activity by event, delivery channel, delivery status, and date range. Open Notifications > Log in the Admin Panel navigation.
Fields and controls

Event | This filter identifies the account or order event for which the notification was raised. | The options are All, Account activated, Order placed, Order awaiting approval, Order approved, Order rejected by the ERP, Activation code issued, ERP accepted the order, Customer registered, Account deactivated, Activation code blocked, Sync task failed, Sync group finished, System upgrade triggered, and Installed applications changed. |
Capability | This filter identifies the delivery capability used for the notification. | The options are All, E-mail delivery notification.email, SMS delivery notification.sms, and Webhook delivery notification.webhook. |
Status | This filter identifies the delivery status of the notification. | The options are All, Queued, Sent, and Failed. |
From | This filter marks the start of the date range. | Enter the date as day, month, and year, or select Choose date. |
To | This filter marks the end of the date range. | Enter the date as day, month, and year, or select Choose date. |

Notes
The screen displays No Log found when no entries match the displayed filter state.
The No Log found message does not identify a delivery cause.
The empty state does not expose row fields or row-level actions.
